Q1: When will my order ship? How long will delivery take?
A: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). US/EU orders arrive in 7–14 days, other regions 10–21 days.

Q2: How much is shipping?
A: Free standard shipping on orders over $19.99. Shipping cost is $8 for orders under $39.99. Express delivery is available at extra cost.

Q3: Can I track my package?
A: Yes. A tracking number and link will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your shipment in real‑time.

Q4: Can I change my shipping address, color or phone model after ordering?
A: Changes are allowed before shipment. Once shipped, no modifications are possible. Please email our support with your order number immediately.

Q5: What is your return policy?
A: 14‑day free returns. Full refund for unused, undamaged products with original packaging. Custom/personalized items are non‑returnable.

Q6: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Send photos + your order number to our support. We will resolve within 24 hours: free replacement or full refund.

Q7: How do I start a return?
A: Email lumecase@outlook.com with subject: Return + your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label.
